Appointments
Our experienced stylists are very successful and very busy, so please make sure to be right on time ! It's better to come early and enjoy a drink on the house than to be late ! Call 786-452-9275 (Tue-Sat 9am-7pm) to book your next appointment !
No-show / Late-show Policy
Our employee's time is valuable just like yours ! This is why at Elégance, we enforce the following no-show / late-show policy.
Late cancellation means any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled by you at least 24 hours in advance. We charge a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service initially booked. A cancellation received less than 2 hours in advance, is not considered a late cancellation but a now-show instead, and subject to a full service amount cancellation fee.
No shows, Late arrivals (later than the 10 minutes grace period) will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS. Our front desk staff will not have access to change or modify these rules or refund no-show charges.
If you are generally unsure that you'll be able to attend an appointment on time, it is okay to simply not book an appointment and just walk-in. You may need to wait a little bit for a stylist to become available but you're not blocking the time that can be allocated to another valuable customers just like you.

We care very well about our customers. This is why we opted to work with top end vendors, like L'Oréal Professionnel© or Olaplex©, we also offer a range of services using ammonia-free products.
